Unmasked

Real Stories, Real God, One Week Could Change Everything

Youth Week of Prayer · 21st–28th March 2026 · Free to Attend

Man holding cracked smiling mask surrounded by fire

Have you ever said you believe in God, but when everything fell apart, you couldn't bring yourself to talk to him?

Have you ever felt like what you're going through is too dark, too messy, or too shameful to even bring to church?

You're not alone. And this week is for you.

Hear what this week is really about.

A lot of us have learnt how to look fine.

How to show up. Smile. Say the right things.

But behind closed doors, the anxiety, the guilt, the questions, the habits you can't shake, that's a different story.

This week, multiple speakers are going to stand in front of you and tell the truth. About their lowest moments. Their darkest seasons. And what God actually did in the middle of it.

No performance. No pretending. Just real people, real stories, and real freedom.

One Week. Various Stories.

Each evening, a different speaker shares a defining moment from their own life, the moment they were broken, lost, or couldn't find their way back.

Then they tell you what happened next.

These aren't polished sermons. They're the stories people don't usually tell from a stage.

Speaker for the 21st March

Pastor Samuel Semakula pastors the Newport, Hereford, and Llandrindod Wells Seventh-Day Adventist Churches in the Welsh Mission. With a BA and Masters in theology from Newbold College and a Postgraduate Certificate in Ministry and Mission, he is also a qualified Youth Worker — passionate about preaching the gospel and helping people apply God's Word to everyday life. He opens the week on Saturday 21st March, taking both the morning session and the afternoon AYS programme, sharing personally about how God has led in his life.

Got a question for the Q&A? Register and you'll be redirected to submit it — anonymously if you'd like. There will be an opportunity to submit questions on the day as well.
